摘 要:利用活塞连杆弹性流体动力学润滑(EHD)模型,研究了活塞销与连杆小头轴承的润滑特性。首先建立了活塞销、连杆及活塞的有限元模型,并对其进行了自由度缩减,然后建立了连杆小头轴承EHD仿真模型。通过分析连杆小头轴承油膜厚度、油膜压力、粗糙接触压力等轴承润滑特性参数,研究了不同配合间隙、活塞销和连杆小头刚度匹配等参数对润滑的影响,分析了柴油机在工作过程中出现连杆小头衬套异常烧蚀的故障原因。结果表明,活塞销与连杆小头刚度匹配、连杆小头间隙对连杆小头轴承润滑特性有较大的影响。Based on the elastic hydrodynamic model of piston and connecting rod,the lubrication characteristics of piston pin and connecting rod small end bearing were studied.The finite element models of piston pin,connecting rod and piston were established,and the degree of freedom were reduced.Then the elastic hydrodynamic simulation model of connecting rod small end bearing was established.By analyzing the bearing lubrication parameters such as connecting rod small bearing oil film thickness,oil film pressure and rough contact pressure,the effects of various matching clearances and piston pin and connecting rod small end rigidity matching parameters on lubrication were studied and the cause of abnormal ablation for the bushing of connecting rod small end was analyzed.The results show that the rigidity matching between piston pin and connecting rod small end and the clearance of connecting rod small end have great influence on the bearing lubrication characteristics.
