摘  要:目的对矽肺病人的肺功能检查资料进行调查分析,探讨其肺功能动态变化规律。方法选取56例矽肺病人为研究对象,回顾性分析其X线、肺功能检查及随访等临床资料,以2016年的X线结果及肺功能检查结果作为实验组,以该病人在2012年的X线体检及肺功能检查结果作为对照组,将两组间的检查结果进行对比分析,探讨矽肺病人肺功能动态变化的规律。结果通过对比两组病人的矽肺等级状况,发现如采用12小级进行分析,所有病人的矽肺等级于2012年相比,均提升了1个小等级。用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)平均下降与矽肺分期呈正相关,实验组Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期的FVC、FEV1水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论矽肺病人的肺功能指标(FVC、FEV1)与矽肺分期呈正相关。Objective The pulmonary function test data of silicosis patients were investigated and analyzed, and the dynamic change law of pulmonary function was discussed. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of silicosis patients were analyzed retrospectively, including X ray, lung function examination and follow-up. In 2016 the X-ray and lung function tests as the experimental group, the X-ray examination and pulmonary function test results of the patients in 2012 as the control group. The dynamic changes of pulmonary function in silicosis patients were analyzed by comparing the results of the two groups. Results By comparing the grade of silicosis between the two groups of patients, it was found that the grade of silicosis in all patients increased by 1 grades compared with that in 2012 if 12 stage analysis were used. The forced vital capacity(FVC) and the forced expiratory volume(FEV1) in the first second were positively correlated with the stage of silicosis. The levels of FVC and FEV1 in stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion The pulmonary function indexes(FVC, FEV1) of silicosis patients were positively correlated with silicosis stage.
