固定术与髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对老年股骨颈骨折使用内固定术和髋关节置换术进行治疗的疗效进行对比。方法选取2015年12月~2016年12月80名老年股骨颈骨折患者作为试验对象,住院接受相关治疗,将所有患者均分为两组。选择内固定手术结合松质骨螺钉治疗对照组患者,选择髋关节置换术治疗观察组患者,将两组患者的治疗结果进行比较,两年后对患者进行随访调查患者髋关节功能情况。结果两组患者的治疗情况相比,观察组患者的下床活动时间、住院时间、并发症情况均优于对照组患者,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组优良率(92.5%)显著高于对照组(65.0%),差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年股骨颈骨骨折患者来说,选择髋关节置换术进行治疗,效果值得肯定,具有十分深远的临床意义。Objective The effects of internal fixation and hip arthroplasty for the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly were compared. Methods 80 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects. The hospital was treated with related treatment, and all the patients were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group received internal fixation combined with cancellous bone screw treatment, and the patients in the observation group received hip arthroplasty treatment. The results of the two groups of patients were compared. Two years later, the patients were followed up to investigate the hip function of the patients. ResultsThe normal activity time, time of hospitalization and complications of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. The excellent rate of the observation group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 65.0%. The difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion For the elderly patients with femoral neck bone fracture, the choice of hip arthroplasty for the treatment of the treatment was worthy of affirmation, which had a profound clinical significance.
