布地奈德/福莫特罗和孟鲁司特对咳嗽变异哮喘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在开展咳嗽变异哮喘疾病治疗工作期间,观察选择布地奈德/福莫特罗+孟鲁司特药物施治的临床价值。方法选择本院2012年08月~2017年09月收治的50例咳嗽变异哮喘患者作为实验对象;由数字奇偶法对所有咳嗽变异哮喘患者展开临床对比分组;对照组(25例):开展咳嗽变异哮喘治疗工作期间,单纯选择孟鲁司特药物施治;观察组(25例):开展咳嗽变异哮喘治疗工作期间,选择布地奈德/福莫特罗+孟鲁司特药物施治;最终就两组咳嗽变异哮喘患者的症状积分以及肺功能指标统计结果展开对比。结果同对照组咳嗽变异哮喘患者症状积分比较,观察组咳嗽变异哮喘患者获得显著性改善(P<0.05);同对照组咳嗽变异哮喘患者肺功能指标比较,观察组咳嗽变异哮喘患者获得显著性改善(P<0.05)。结论临床在研究治疗方案对咳嗽变异哮喘患者施治期间,充分应用布地奈德/福莫特罗+孟鲁司特药物完成,于症状积分改善以及肺功能指标改善两方面可以做出充分保证,从而对于咳嗽变异哮喘患者综合疗效以及生存能力提高做出双重保证。Objective To investigate the treatment of cough variant asthma in the course of disease, clinical observation value of budesonide/formoterol plus montelukast treatment drugs. Methods In our hospital from 2012 08 to 2017 09 months from 50 cases of cough variant asthma patients as the research object by the method of all digital parity; cough variant asthma patients clinical comparison group; control group（25 cases） during the treatment of cough variant asthma： to carry out the work, simply choose the montelukast drug treatment; observation group（25 cases）： the development period of cough variant asthma treatment, selection of budesonide/formoterol plus montelukast drug treatment; finally two groups of cough variant asthma symptom score and lung function index comparative statistics. Results Compared with the control group patients with symptoms of cough variant asthma score, cough variant asthma patients for the observation group improved significantly（P 0.05）; compared with the control group of patients with cough variant asthma and lung function index of the observation group, cough variant asthma patients improved significantly（P 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical study in the treatment of cough variant asthma patients during the treatment, the full application of budesonide/formoterol plus montelukast drug, in the improvement of symptoms and improve lung function index two can make adequate assurance for cough variant asthma patients and improve the comprehensive curative effect survival ability and make a double guarantee.
