醒脑静注射液辅助抗癫痫药物治疗外伤性癫痫的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨醒脑静注射液辅助抗癫痫药物治疗外伤性癫痫的疗效。方法选取2014年1月~2017年3月于本院就诊的外伤性癫痫患者共80例,将患者按照入院编号,随机分为两组。对照组40例患者给予正规抗癫痫药物治疗,观察组40例患者在正规抗癫痫药物治疗基础上,给予醒脑静注射液静脉滴注治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果临床治疗结果显示,观察组病例的有效率为92.5%,对照组病例的有效率为75%,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,且数据符合统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组病例的不良反应发生率为10.0%,对照组病例的不良反应发生率为37.5%,观察组病例的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上使用醒脑静注射液辅助抗癫痫药物治疗外伤性癫痫效果满意,且不良反应发生率较低,值得临床使用。Objective To discuss the effect anti-epileptic drug assisted Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of traumatic epilepsy. Methods A total of 80 patients with traumatic epilepsy were selected from January 2014 to March 2017 in our hospital as the study objects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the admission number. A control group of 40 patients received regular antiepileptic treatment. 40 patients in the observation group treated with Xingnaojing injection intravenous drip treatment based on regular antiepileptic treatment. Results The results of clinical treatment showed that the effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, and the effective rate of the control group was 75%. The therapeutic effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group, and the data were in accordance with the statistical difference（P 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 37.5%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical use of antiepileptic drugs combined with Xingnaojing Injection in treatment of traumatic epilepsy with satisfactory effect, and low incidence rate of adverse reaction, which was worthy of clinical use.
