摘　　要：目的建立西门子BNⅡ全自动蛋白分析仪检测血清IgG4的医学参考范围。方法采用德国西门子BNⅡ全自动蛋白分析仪(免疫散射比浊法),对200名健康成年人进行血清IgG4、IgG水平的测定。计算二者比值(IgG4/IgG),并对二者水平进行相关性分析。结果分别按年龄、性别分组进行比较,血清IgG4、IgG水平及二者比值(IgG4/IgG)的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。建立了该仪器免疫散射比浊法检测血清IgG4、IgG及IgG4/IgG的医学参考范围(IgG4:0.151～1.919 g/L,IgG:9.668～16.570 g/L,IgG4/IgG:1.174%～14.107%)。IgG与IgG4水平相关(r=0.368,P<0.01)。结论本研究建立了德国西门子BNⅡ全自动蛋白分析仪检测血清IgG4、IgG及二者比值(IgG4/IgG)的医学参考范围,对疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断、临床疗效及预后观察具有重要的指导意义。Objective To establish the medical reference range for serum IgG4 level by using the SIEMENS BNⅡ protein analyzer. Methods The German SIEMENS BNⅡ automatic protein analyzer（immune nephelometry） was used to detect serum IgG4 and IgG levels in 200 healthy adults. The IgG4-to-IgG ratio was calculated,and the correlation between the two biomarkers was analyzed. Results No significant differences in serum IgG4 and IgG levels and the IgG4/IgG ratio were found between the groups according to age and sex（P〉0.05）. The following immune nephelometry medical reference ranges for serum IgG4 level,IgG level,and IgG4/IgG ratio were established using the SIEMENS BNⅡautomatic protein analyzer：0.151-1.919 g/L,9.668-16.570 g/L,and 1.174%-14.107%,respectively. IgG4 level correlated with IgG level（r=0.368,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The present research established the medical reference ranges for serum IgG4 level,IgG level,and IgG4/IgG ratio by using the SIEMENS BNⅡ automatic protein analyzer,which has an important guiding significance for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis,clinical effects,and prognosis observation of diseases.
