摘　　要：目的探讨城市移居老人的疏离感水平现状、主要原因及干预对策,以期帮助城市移居老人更好地适应城市生活,提高晚年生活质量。方法 2015年3至2016年3月,采用方便抽样法选取上海市杨浦区5个社区的150名城市移居老人为研究对象,以自行研制的城市移居老人疏离感量表为测量工具对其进行问卷调查,分析城市移民老人疏离感水平现状和原因,提出干预对策。结果城市移居老人疏离感总均分为(123.47±1.10)分,其中亲人疏离感维度均分最高,为(3.52±0.76)分,自我疏离感维度均分最低,为(2.76±0.51)分;婚姻状况、与子女相处时间及家庭月收入是城市移居老人疏离感水平的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论城市移居老人作为社会的特殊人群,其疏离感水平较高,应得到社会的广泛关注。Objective To explore the alienation level of the elderly migrants and the intervention strategies to help the elderly migrants to adapt to city life successfully,and to improve their quality of life.MethodsBy using convenience sampling method,150 elderly migrants from five communities of Yangpu District in Shanghai were selected.A self-designed questionnaire was conducted among the elderly migrants.The alienation level was analyzed and intervention strategies were proposed based on literature review.ResultsThe total score of the alienation level of the elderly migrants was（123.47±1.10）,among which the dimension of alienation of relatives was highest（3.52±0.76）,the dimension of self-alienation was lowest（2.76±0.51）.Marital status,length of stay with their children,and monthly income of the elderly were the influencing factors of the level of alienation（all P〈0.05）.Conclusions The elderly migrants＇ alienation level is high,which calls for special attention in the whole society.
