闭环管理在儿科病区医院感染防控中作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨闭环管理对儿科病区医院感染防控的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月在儿科病区进行治疗患者以及病区医务人员为研究对象。2015年1月至2015年12月期间的患者采用常规管理模式;2016年1月至2016年12月期间的患者为实验组,实施闭环管理模式。统计该病区患者医院感染率及医务人员手卫生情况。结果常规管理组医院感染发生率3.40%,闭环管理实验组医院感染发生率2.00%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=4.422,p=0.035)。常规管理模式组医务人员与闭环管理实验组医务人员手卫生执行率存在统计学差异(X^2=4.422,p=0.035),医务人员手卫生正确率不存在统计学差异(X^2=2.882,p=0.090)。结论闭环管理可以减少儿科病区患者发生感染的机率,可以提高医务人员执行手卫生防控医院感染的效率,提升医院感染防控能力。Objective To Learn the effect of closed-loop management on prevention and control of nosocomial infection in pediatric ward. Methods The subjects were patients and medical staff in the pediatric ward between January 2015 and December 2016. The study of routine management was patient and medical staff between January 2015 and December 2015, The Closed loop management group was patient and medical staff between January 2016 and December 2016. Results It was statistical difference in nosocomial infection between routine management group and closed loop management group（X^2=4.422, P=0.035）, The same was true for hand hygiene executions（X^2=4.422,P=0.035）. It was no statistical difference hand hygiene correct number（X^2=2.882, P=0.090）. Conclusion It could reduce the incidence of hospital nosocomial in patients by closed loop management, It encouraged health workers to perform manual hygiene. Therefore, the closed-loop management could improve the prevention and control of nosocomial infection.
