摘　　要：介绍了钢厂烧结烟气现状及焦亚硫酸钠用途,经过工艺对比,针对钢厂烧结烟气量大和烟尘多的特点,采用炭基催化剂一体化脱硫、脱硝、除尘比较合适。详细讲述了烟气脱硫制焦亚硫酸钠的工艺原理、生产流程及操作要领等,烟气脱硫制焦亚硫酸钠是一种既经济又环保的工艺,生产出来的焦亚硫酸钠成本可降低约400元/t。The status of sintering flue gas of the steel plants and the application of sodium metabisulfite were introduced.Through the comparison of the processes,the carbon-based catalysts,integration of desulphurization,denitrification,and dust removal,was considered suitable for the treatment of the sintering flue gas of the steel plants which was characterized of large amounts and high dust content.The process principle of sodium metabisulfite production via the sintering flue gas desulphurization,production workflow,and the key operation steps were discussed in detail. Sodium metabisulfite production via the sintering flue gas desulphurization is an economical and environment-friendly process.The cost of sodium metabisulfite produced can be reduced by 400 yuan per ton.
