摘　　要：介绍了FF现场总线技术在800 kt/a硫磺制酸装置上的应用。系统采用"FF H1+HSE+HOST(DCS)"的结构,主系统为ABB Industrial IT AC800F(61a类主机系统),FF通过HSE链接设备、HSE交换机与主系统连接。重点论述了FF总线网段配置、与DCS的集成、总线系统运行维护等。整个系统运行安全可靠并兼顾先进技术应用与节约投资。The application of the Foundation Fieldbus（ FF） technology in an 800 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant was described.The system was configured as ＂FF H1＋HSE＋HOST（ DCS） ＂.The ABB Industrial IT AC800 F（ 61 a host system） worked as the main system.FF was connected to the device and the main control system via the HSE and its switch.The discussion emphasized on the FF network segment configuration,the integration with the DCS,and the operation and the maintenance.The operating of the entire system is not only safe and reliable but also takes the application of the advanced technology and economical investment into account.
