摘　　要：介绍了YHG-101C型氧量分析仪的测量原理、软硬件配置、现场应用及维修注意事项。该分析仪是测量炉气中氧含量理想产品,具有结构简单、维护量小、反应直观、响应时间短等优点。氧量分析仪在硫铁矿、废酸裂解制酸系统中均有很好应用,一般炉气中f(O_2)分别控制在1.5%~3.0%及2.5%~5.0%为宜。The measurement principle,the software and hardware configurations,field application,and the maintenance of the YHG-101 C oxygen analyzer were described. It is an ideal analyzer to determine the oxygen content in the furnace gas. It has the advantages of simple structures,low maintenance,direct reaction,and short response time. The application of the analyzer in the pyrite sulphuric acid production and regeneration of the spent sulphuric acid by cracking has proven to be successful,showing that the oxygen contents in the furnace gas should be controlled within 1. 5%-3. 0% and 2. 5%-5. 0%,respectively.
