摘  要:由于常减压柴油作为乙烯裂解原料的比例增大,使重质裂解原料的品质变差。导致裂解炉结焦严重、产汽率降低、急冷油系统取热变差,稀释蒸汽量降低。通过对重质裂解炉投料方式优化、改变清焦方法等,提高了装置的整体运行效率。Because the proportion of diesel as feedstock from atmospheric and vacuum distillation increased,the quality of heavycracking feedstock became deteriorated.This caused cracking furnace coked severely,gas production rate decreased,quenching oilsystem heat removal deteriorated,diluted steam production decreased.By taking countermeasures such as optimizing heavycracking furnace feeding mode,changing decoking method,the overall integral operation efficiency of the plant was increased.
