摘 要:细菌耐药性往往伴随抗性代价(fitness cost)的出现,包括生长速率减缓和毒力下降等现象。在无抗菌药物或者抗菌药物选择压力较低的环境中,抗性代价可致敏感菌株的数量超过耐药菌株。细菌耐药性致抗性代价影响细菌耐药性产生的速度,即减少抗菌药物的使用,可降低耐药菌株在环境中的比例,进而减缓或防止耐药性的产生。近年来,细菌耐药性的问题日益严峻,且产生的速度和程度依然没有减缓的迹象。论文对影响细菌抗性代价的因素进行综述,为如何利用耐药性所致的抗性代价来减缓或阻止耐药性的产生提供参考。Most antibiotic resistance can confer a fitness cost that is typically observed as a reduced bacterial growth rate.The fitness cost of resistance will allow susceptible bacteria to outcompete resistant bacteria if the selective pressure from antibiotics is reduced.The fitness cost is the main factor that influence the development of resistance,which means the resistance might decrease if antibiotic uses were reduced.Unfortunately,the available data suggest that the resistance is still in developing,and no sign indicates that reversibility is emerging because of measures whichhavebeentaken.Inthisreview,we reviewed the factors that influence the fitness cost of antibiotic resistance,which will be beneficial in preventing the development of antibiotic resistance.
