摘  要:肺炎克雷伯菌是引起医院内感染的重要病原菌之一,且多重耐药情况严重,耐药率不断上升,给临床治疗带来了很大困难。替加环素作为新型四环素类抗生素,是治疗多重耐药肺炎克雷伯菌感染仅剩的有效选择之一。然而替加环素耐药肺炎克雷伯菌的出现,严重限制了替加环素的临床使用,其耐药机制主要与AdeABC外排泵、OqxAB外排泵、KpgABC外排泵、Tet(A)突变体及核糖体蛋白有关。论文就肺炎克雷伯菌对替加环素的耐药机制进行综述,以期为替加环素耐药肺炎克雷伯菌的防控提供参考。Klebsiella pneumoniae is one of the main pathogens causing nosocomial infection,and the situation of multiple drug resistance is serious,the drug resistance rate is continuously rising,which brought serious threat in clinical treatment.Tigecycline as a new antibiotic is the one of the treatment choice to defense multidrug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae infection,however,the emergence of the tigecycline resistant Klebsiella pneumonia,has largely restrited its use in cinical medication.The mechanism of resistance is mainly related to AdeABC efflux pump,OqxAB efflux pump,KpgABC efflux pump,Tet(A)mutants and ribosomal proteins.We summarized the resistant mechanism of Klebsiella pneumoniae to tigecycline in order to provide a theoretical reference for the prevention and control of the tigecycline resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae.
