透皮制剂在中兽药研究中的应用

摘　　要：随着中兽药制剂的不断发展,有着悠久历史的透皮制剂受到越来越多的关注。中兽药是纯天然物质,具有无残留、不易产生耐药性、副作用低等特点;透皮给药操作简便、无首过效应、不良反应少,药物吸收不受消化道pH、食物和药物在肠道停留时间等复杂因素的影响。发展中兽药透皮制剂,是现代中兽药制剂发展的趋势。论文主要从中兽药剂型发展、中兽药透皮技术的研究、透皮制剂在中兽药中的应用实例等对近年来中兽药透皮制剂的应用进行了概述,以期为中兽药透皮制剂的研发提供依据。With the development of Chinese veterinary drugs,the transdermal drug delivery preparations with a long history are receiving more and more attention.Traditional veterinary drug is a natural additive with no residue and resistance and few side effects.Transdermal drug delivery has the advantages of simple operation,no first pass effect and less adverse reactions.The absorption of the transdermal drug is unaffected from complex factors such as the pH or drug in the digestive tract and the retention time in the intestine.The development of veterinary drug transdermal preparations is the trend of veterinary drug preparations.In this article,the development of Chinese veterinary formulation,the research on the technology of Chinese transdermal veterinary drug and the application of transdermal preparation in veterinary medicine were reviewed to provide the basis for the development of transdermal preparations of Chinese veterinary drug.
