犬糖尿病并发甲状腺机能减退症的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：为对一例临床症状为多饮多尿,逐渐消瘦,双眼白内障,背部毛稀疏的患犬进行确诊,经临床检查和实验室检查(血常规、生化、尿常规、糖化血红蛋白、甲状腺功能检查),血糖(GLU)399mg/dL(参考范围70mg/dL^143mg/dL),确诊为糖尿病并发甲状腺机能减退症。经胰岛素控制血糖,同时补充甲状腺素片治疗甲状腺机能减退,再结合辅助治疗,病情得到控制。A case of dog,with the clinical symptoms of polydipsia,polyuria,emaciation,cataracts in both eyes and few hair in the back,was diagnosed by carefully clinical examination and laboratory examination（blood routinea and biochemistry,urine routine,glycosylated hemoglobin,thyroid function tests）.The results showed that blood glucose（GLU）：399 mg/dL,range of（70-143）mg/dL,glycated hemoglobin：7.5%,range 3%-6%,total thyroxine（TT4）：0.5μg/dL,range（1.0-4.0）μg/dL and free thyroxine（FT4）：3.31 pmol/L,rang（12-22）g/dL.Thus this case was diagnosed as diabetes mellitus complicated with hypothyroidism.Diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism were controlled with insulin and thyroxine tablets,combined with auxiliary therapy.
