摘 要:针对铣削马氏体不锈钢时出现的刀具磨损严重、加工成本过高的问题,采用全因素实验设计方法研究了不同切削参数下刀具的磨损规律以及刀具寿命情况。研究结果表明:切削速度对刀具寿命的影响程度最大。在中低速切削时,刀具磨损过程存在正常的3个磨损阶段,进给量与切削深度对刀具寿命的影响程度相差不大;在中高速切削时,刀具磨损呈现线性规律,进给量对刀具寿命的影响程度明显高于切削深度对刀具寿命的影响程度。此外还以利润最大化为优化目标,提出了一种新的切削参数优化指标,并通过实验证明该指标可以较好地反映加工成本,对降低加工成本具有指导意义。Aiming at the problems such as serious tool wearing and high processing cost appeared in milling martensitic stainless steel,it studies the wearing law and life span of tool under different cutting parameters with fullfactor experimental design method. Results show that cutting speed has the greatest effect to tool life span. In middle-low stage,there are three normal wearing stages in tool wearing process,and the effect of feed rate and cutting depth on tool life span is similar. In middle-high speed,tool wearing presents linear regularities,and moreover,the effect of feed rate on tool life span is obviously higher than that of cutting depth. Targeting with profit maximization for optimization,it proposes a kind of new cutting parameter optimization indicator,verifies that this indicator can reflect processing cost well with experiments,provide the guiding significance in reducing processing cost in production.
