我国城市商业银行公司治理对经营绩效的影响研究

摘　　要：通过整理58家城商行2011—2015年的各种经营指标面板数据,从银行"三性"的角度选择城商行较为紧密的12个核心经营指标,利用主成分分析法,构建城商行综合经营绩效模型,计算出银行的综合绩效指数,并通过面板数据建立相关的回归模型。结果表明:1)目前城商行国有控股程度与前10大股东占比均与经营绩效呈负相关关系;2)董事会规模对银行经营绩效有正面影响,独立董事没有发挥应有的独立监督作用;3)高级管理层董事占比对银行经营绩效产生正面影响,持股(股权)董事比例提高有助于经营绩效提升。最后,对城商行公司治理提出建议。By sorting out various business indicator panel data of 58 city commercial banks from 2011 to 2015, it is selected 12 core business indicators that are closely related to city commercial banks from the perspective of＂three sides＂of the banks. It is built by principal component analysis the comprehensive business performance model and calculated the comprehensive performance index for city commercial banks. Relevant regression model is also established through the panel data. The results show that： 1）the degree of state-owned holding of urban commercial banks and the proportion of the top 10 shareholders are negatively related to the operating performance; 2）the size of the board of directors has a positive impact on bank performance, independent directors did not play its supervisory role of independent directors; 3）senior management accounting for business performance has a positive effect on the bank. Improving the proportion of shareholding directors is helpful to the improvement of business performance. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to the management of the city commercial banks.
