摘 要:柴油机微粒过滤器再生时机的判断是DPF后处理系统应用的关键。针对壁流式柴油机微粒过滤器的压降进行了分析,建立了空载壁流式柴油机微粒过滤器的压降数学模型,基于空载压降模型建立了负载壁流式柴油机微粒过滤器压降数学模型,并建立了基于负载压降的碳载量计算模型。利用Matlab和试验所建立的数学模型进行了验证,计算值和试验值的数值差异较小,变化趋势一致。结果表明,建立的压降数学模型是正确的,可以利用该模型进行碳载量的判断,实现基于模型的再生时机判断。The application of DPF after-treatment system depends the judgment of the timing of the regeneration of diesel particulate filter. This paper analyzes the pressure drop of the wall-flow diesel particulate filter and establishes the mathematical model of the pressure drop of the no-load wall-flow diesel particulate filter,and then,based on the no-load pressure drop model,establishes the mathematical model of the pressure drop of the load wall-flow diesel particle filter. and the model for the calculation of carbon load based on the load pressure drop. The mathematical model is verified by Matlab and experiment. The difference between numerical calculation results and experiment results is very small,and the trends of both change is almost same. The results show that the mathematical model established for the pressure drop is correct. The model can be used to determine the amount of the carbon and judge the timing of regeneration.
