摘  要:利用Pro/E与ANSYS仿真软件对低速重载齿轮的轮齿进行了齿根抗弯强度和齿根弯曲疲劳强度的分析,分析结果表明使用传统的齿轮设计方法设计出的齿轮整体强度过于富足。根据分析结果对低速重载齿轮的齿宽进行了优化,在满足强度要求的同时减轻了低速重载齿轮的质量,降低了制造成本,结构更加紧凑。In this article,Pro/E and ANSYS is used to analyze low-speed heavy-duty gears' tooth,including root bending strength and root bend fatigue strength. The analysis results prove that the strength of the gear designed by traditional way is too much. For this,the tooth width of low-speed heavy-duty gear is optimized. The optimized gear meets its strength requirement,and compared with the traditional gear,its weight is lighter,production costs are lower and the arrangement space is compacter.
