摘  要:随着电力市场化进程的不断深入,电力行业正面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。为了保证电力系统的高可靠性,电力企业需要对系统的各个环节进行严格检测。目前围绕电表应用开发的采集及动态数量可变电表的检测系统还相对欠缺。为满足仿真时电表动态可配置需求,进一步保障采集设备的可靠性和检测设备的通用性。皆在利用QT视图、XML、数据库等技术相结合设计一种电能表仿真系统,可实现对电表仿真时数量种类的动态可配置以及数据的采集和动态管理。最终仿真结果表明该系统能够满足电表动态可配置要求。Because the power gradually goes deep into the market,the power industry is faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges. To ensure high reliability of the power system,power companies need to carry out rigorous testing of all aspects of the system. At present,the detection system of the collection and dynamic quantity of the electric meter is relatively short. To meet the requirement of dynamic configuration of electric meter in simulation,it has need to further ensure the reliability of the collection equipment and the general nature of the test equipment. This paper uses the QT view,XML,database and other technologies to design a simulation system of the electric energy meter to realize the dynamic configuration and data acquisition and dynamic management of the quantity type of electric meter simulation. The final simulation results show that the system can meet the requirements of the dynamic configuration of the electric meter.
