摘 要:为研究柴油机燃烧系统参数匹配对柴油机动力和排放性能的影响,利用AVL_BOOST和AVL_FIRE建立4190ZLC-2型船用柴油机整机模型和缸内燃烧高压循环模型,应用正交试验设计方法进行柴油机进气系统参数、喷油系统参数和燃烧室结构尺寸参数的仿真。利用模糊数学对仿真结果进行分析并优化。研究结果表明,通过模糊分析可以得出燃烧系统参数对4190ZLC-2型柴油机性能的影响主次顺序。将柴油机NO_x排放和指示功率作为评价指标,并设置其权重分别为0.6和0.4时,优化后的参数为:喷孔直径0.30 mm、喷油提前角24°、油束夹角160°、涡流比0.4、喉口直径135 mm、凸台高度6.6 mm、凹坑半径18 mm。对应的指示功率为54 kW,与原机仿真值55 kW接近;NO_x排放质量分数为0.009 86%,比原机仿真值0.022 50%低了56.02%。说明该优化方法在保证柴油机功率不损失的情况下可大幅降低NO_x排放。In order to study the influence of parameter matching of combustion system on the power and emission performance of diesel engine, the whole engine model of 4190ZLC-2 type marine diesel engine and the high pressure circulation model of combustion in a cylinder are established by AVL_BOOST and AVL_FIRE. Intake system parameters, fuel injection system parameters and combustion chamber structure parameters of diesel engine are simulated by the orthogonal experimental design method. The simulation results are analyzed and optimized by fuzzy mathematics. The research results show that, the influencing sequence of combustion system parameters on the performance of 4190ZLC-2 type diesel engine can be obtained by fuzzy analysis. The diesel engine NO x emission and the indicated power are set as the evaluation indices, their weights are set to be 0.6 and 0.4, and the optimized parameters are as follows: the diameter of orifice 0.30 mm, the spray advance angle 24°, the spray angle 160°, the swirl ratio 0.4, the throat diameter 135 mm, the crown height 6.6 mm, and the bowl bottom radius 18 mm. The corresponding indicated power is 54 kW, which is similar to the original machine simulation value 55 kW. The corresponding NO x emission mass fraction is 0.009 86%, which is 56.02% lower than the original machine simulation value 0. 022 50%. It is proved that this optimization method can reduce NO x emission greatly without loss of diesel power.
