摘  要:半潜船首楼上建整体提拉是一种全新的施工工艺方法,而其中吊梁的设计又是提拉能否成功的关键。文章主要阐述了两个方面的内容:首先介绍了吊梁设计的难点,包括吊梁布置位置选择、吊梁结构设计与吊梁强度计算;而后对设计好的吊梁进行强度验证,包括提升作业载荷记录以及吊梁强度测试。该吊梁结构形式及通过测试获得的安全系数可为类似的结构设计提供参考。It is a new construction technology to build a forecastle superstructure. The integral lifting of the forecastle superstructure block on a semi-submersible vessel is a new construction technology, while the lifting beam design is the key to the successful lifting. This paper mainly introduces two aspects. First of all, it presents the difficulties of the lifting beam design, including the arrangement location, structural design and strength calculation of the lifting beam. Secondly, it verifies the strength of the designed lifting beam, including the lifting load record and strength test of the lifting beam. The structure configuration of the lifting beam and the safety factor obtained through test can provide reference for the similar structural design.
