摘 要:超深水半潜式钻井平台是海洋油气资源开发的重要装备之一。文中分析总结超深水钻机模块发展趋势,简述超深水钻机模块的典型特征,结合第七代超深水半潜式钻井平台钻井系统阐述超深水钻机模块总体布置设计面临的困难,剖析、论述关键系统布局设计考虑的主要因素和布局设计方法,系统分析钻台布置、隔水管布置、管柱布置、防喷器组与采油树处理等核心系统的解决方案,最终形成一套超深水钻机模块总体布置方案,为超深水钻机模块的工程设计提供参考。Ultra Deepwater Semisubmersible Drilling Platform is one of the important devices for the exploitation of deep-water oil and gas resource. This paper analyzes and summarizes the development trend of the ultra deepwater drilling rig module, and briefly introduces its typical characteristics. It also presents the design difficulties in the general arrangement of the ultra deepwater drilling rig module according to the drilling system of the 7 th generation semisubmersible drilling platform. The main factors for the design of the key system arrangement and the arrangement design method are analyzed and discussed. It also systematically analyzes the solutions for the key systems, such as the drilling rig arrangement system, riser arrangement system, string arrangement system, blowout preventer unit and X-tree processing system. A general arrangement plan of the ultra deepwater drilling rig module is finally formed, which can provide reference for the engineering design of the ultra deepwater drilling rig module.
