摘  要:巴拿马运河是沟通大西洋与太平洋的国际通航运河。2016年6月26日,新巴拿马型船闸项目完工,并举行开通仪式,这使N-1-2018"对船舶的要求"有较大更改,特别是其船舶的尺度和吃水限制,作了较大修改。该文概述了原有运河各船闸和新船闸的长度、宽度和深度等,并简介了《巴拿马运河海事操作规则》与《作业部航运通告》,后者每年出新版、及时更新,其"对船舶的要求"与船舶设计、建造关系密切。文中还特别介绍了N-1-2018航运通告中的"定义"、"船舶的尺度和吃水限制"、"系泊缆索、锚和甲板机械"、"登船设施"以及"主电源和应急电源"。The Panama Canal is the international shipping canal which connects the Atlantic and the Pacific. The new Panamax ship lock project was completed and the opening ceremony was held in June 26, 2016. This resulted in the major changes in N-1-2018—Vessel Requirements, especially the size and draft limitations of vessels, which were considerably modified. This paper briefly introduces the length, width and depth of the existing canal locks and the new locks, and "Maritime Regulations for the Operation of the Panama Canal", as well as "Notice to Shipping of Operation Department" with a new edition every year and a timely update. The vessel requirements of "Notice to Shipping of Operation Department" are closely related to the design and construction of ships. It also presents "Notice to Shipping N-1-2018", particularly the definition, size and draft limitations of vessels, mooring line, anchor and deck machinery, boarding facility and the main and emergency sources of electrical power.
