摘  要:针对现有斗轮堆取料机刚性料斗为避免与凸凹堆场碰撞而无法挖取地面残余物料的问题,提出了一种新型的柔性斗轮装置,其特点为将料斗和斗轮体进行连接,料斗在斗轮体上可以柔性伸缩,使得该斗轮不仅具备常规斗轮正常取料功能,还可以自适用堆场的各种地形,料斗紧贴地面取料,实现基本无残留、高效率、低费用、安全可靠的清场作业。试验结果柔性斗轮正常取料作业,其额定效率与刚性斗轮相同;清场效率相比较于传统刚性斗轮明显提升,清场作业的成本大大降低。Aiming at the problem that rigid hoppers of the existing bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer fail to excavate materials remnant on the ground for avoiding collision with the convex-concave yard,a new-type flexible bucket wheel device is proposed. Its characteristic is that the hopper can stretch out and draw back flexibly on the bucket wheel body by connecting the hopper with the bucket wheel body,which makes that the bucket wheel not only have the function of normal feeding but also can be applied to the various terrain of the yard. The hopper is close to the ground to collect the bulk material,which achieves goals of no-residue,high efficient,low-cost,safe and reliable clearance operations. The test results are found that the rated efficiency of the flexible bucket wheel is the same as that of the traditional rigid bucket wheel,but the clearance efficiency is significantly improved and the cost of clearing work is greatly reduced in contrast to that of the traditional rigid bucket wheel.
