摘  要:分析不同轮压对工作状态下的起重机抗风能力的影响因素,基于理论力学推导了前后轮之间的轮压差,利用ADAMS虚拟仿真平台对整个制动过程进行仿真,验证了理论推导的公式,发现风荷载和起重机的惯性荷载引起起重机轮压分布不均,对起重机的抗风能力产生较大的影响,所得结果可为起重机的抗风制动设计提供理论依据。By analysis on influences of different wheel pressures on the wind resistance performance of the crane under the work status,the wheel pressure differential between the front and trailing wheels is deduced based on the theoretical mechanics. And then the virtual simulation platform of ADAMS is used to simulate the whole braking process,which verifies formulas deduced by the theory. It is found that wind loads and inertia loads of the crane cause maldistribution of the crane's wheel pressure,which has a great influence on the crane's ability to resist winds and provides theoretical basis for the design of the crane's wind resistance braking.
