摘  要:[目的]研究小花鬼针草对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌的体外抗菌活性。[方法]采用50%乙醇-石油醚-乙酸乙酯提取,并以大孔树脂AB-8柱层析富集小花鬼针草中总黄酮;以K-b药敏实验考察总黄酮的抗菌效果,倍比稀释法测定其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。[结果]小花鬼针草总黄酮对大肠杆菌敏感性较差,对白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有一定抑制作用。[结论]小花鬼针草总黄酮部位对多种菌表现出抑制作用,提示可能有较广的抗菌谱。[Objective] To study the in vitro antibacterial activity of Bidensbipinnata to Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. [Methods] The total flavonoids were extracted by50% ethanol-petroleum ether-ethyl acetate and purified by macroporous resin AB-8 column chromatography. The drug susceptibility of bacteria of total flavonoids was measured by disk diffusion method, the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) was determined by afar dilution method. [Results] The total flavonoids of Bidensbipinnata were less sensitive to Escherichia coli and had a certain inhibitory effect on Candida albicans, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus. [Conclusions] The total flavonoids of Bidensbipinnata showed inhibitory effects on a variety of bacteria, suggesting that there may be a broad antibacterial spectrum.
