摘 要:针对铝合金铸造过程中因外界扰动因素导致铸锭质量不佳的问题,本文基于半连续铸造机和可编程逻辑控制器,设计了一种新型的铸造控制系统。首先,以S7-300 PLC型可编程逻辑控制器为电气控制系统核心,采用比例调节阀及脉冲流量计,进行闭环PID控制来稳定铸造速度。其次,铸造机铸造过程的状态显示及有关参数的设置采用TP 1200 Comfort型触摸屏。最后,完成对铝合金铸造机铸造过程的实时监控,保证铸造机的稳定运行和相关设备正常运作。通过仿真和在实际工况应用,本控制系统可以稳定铸造机铸造速度进而提高铸锭的质量。For the poor problem of ingot quality in the casting process of aluminum alloy caused by external disturbance factors, a new casting control system was designed to stabilize the casting speed based on semi continuous casting machine and programmable logical controller. First of all, the core of this electrical control system is S7-300 PLC programmable controller. The proportional control valve and pulse flowmeter is carried out to stabilize the casting speed by closed loop PID control. Secondly, the state display of casting machine casting process and the setting of related parameters adopts TP 1200 Comfort touch touch screen. Finally, the real-time monitoring of the casting process of casting machine of aluminum alloy ensures the stable operation of foundry machine and the normal operation of related equipment. Through simulation and application in actual working condition, this control system can stabilize casting speed and improve the quality of ingot.
