摘　　要：为了提高用户的使用体验,进行搜索引擎绩效评估是很有必要的。本文选择中外八个搜索引擎作为代表,借鉴国内外搜索引擎评价领域的研究成果,再加上使用搜索引擎的实践经验,从检索功能、检索效果、用户负担、影响力、用户满意度五个方面构建了搜索引擎绩效评价指标体系。最后,依据计算分析得到的搜索引擎绩效评价结果,提出搜索引擎的改进建议,并指出搜索引擎评估的未来研究方向。In order to improve the users＇ experience, it is necessary to carry out performance evaluation of search engines. The author chooses eight search engines as an example, draws on research achievements in the field of the search engine evaluation coupling with practical experience in the use of search engines, and grouped the evaluation indicators of search engines into five categories： retrieval function, retrieval effectiveness, user burden, its influence, and user satisfaction, which construct performance evaluation indicators system of search engines. Finally, based on the results of the performance evaluation for search engines by analyzing questionnaires, the author puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of search engines, and points out future research direction on search engine evaluation.
