摘　　要：本文分析JPEG2000的EBCOT-Tier2算法特点,在C64x DSP平台设计实现JPEG2000 EBCOT-Tier2编码打包算法,提出一种简化包头计算的码率控制算法,提高寻找最优截断点的效率,从而提高编码打包的速度。This thesis analyzes the characteristics of EBCOT-Tier2 algorithm in JPEG2000, Design and implementation of JPEG2000 EBCOT-Tier2 encoding algorithm in C64 x DSP platform, presents an improved rate control algorithm, which simplified calculation of packets head, Improve the efficiency of searching for optimal truncation points, and improving the speed of coding packaging.
