基于工作流的软件测试过程模型研究

摘　　要：软件测试是以发现缺陷为目的一系列活动,是保证软件质量的有效手段,成功的软件测试并非仅是单一的技术活动。为了保证测试的有效性和准确性,需要对测试组织进行管理,包括测试过程、资源、缺陷管理等。随着软件复杂度的日益增高和软件规模的不断增大,测试管理难度不断加大,仅靠人工管理的手段已无法适应现代软件需求不明确、变化快、缺陷数据增多等的特点。工作流可解决在多个参与者之间利用计算机按某种预定规则实现自动传递文档、信息或任务,以达到任务目标,可实现部分业务过程在计算机支持下的全自动或半自动化。本文基于对典型软件测试过程模型的分析,结合工作流技术对软件测试管理进行探讨和研究,并给出基于工作流的软件测试过程模型,为软件测试过程改进提供帮助。Software testing is based on a series of activities for the purpose of finding defects, it is the effective measure to ensure the quality of software. A successful software testing task is not simple technical activities, need to manage the organization of testing to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of software testing. Software testing management including process, resource, defects management, and so on. As the software complexity is rising and the increasing scale of software, the difficulty of the testing management is increasing. It is unable to adapt to the characteristics of modern software, such as requirement uncertainty, rapid change, and increasing defect data. Workflow can solve the problem of automatically transferring documents, information or tasks between multiple participants by using computer according to certain reservation rules, so as to achieve the goal of tasks, and achieve partial or full automatic or semi-automatic business process. Based on the analysis of typical software testing process model, research of software testing process based on workflow, the author puts forward the software testing management model, to help software testing process improvement.
