摘 要:某磁性处理主电源系统采用基于晶闸管的相控整流电源,在磁性处理勤务中,电源需输出首脉冲幅值很大、正负交替、幅值逐步衰减的间歇式脉冲电流,这时交流侧谐波含量大、功率因数低,对电网污染严重。针对该电源的特点,为抑制其谐波并补偿无功,本文从优化变压器联接组和增加滤波支路两个方面进行了研究,确定了该电源的谐波抑制及无功补偿方案。研究结果和工程实践均表明,该方案很好地解决了该电源的谐波和无功问题。The phase controlled rectifier power supply based on crystal has been used in a main deperming power supply system. In the deperming processing, a batch pulse current is alternate and the swing is attenuable and the first pulse amplitude is very large, outputted by the power supply. At this time, the harmonic content of the AC side was large and the power factor was low, forming a serious pollution to the power grid. Based on the characteristics of the power supply, the harmonic suppression and the reactive power compensation, two aspects of optimizing the transformer connection group and adding the filter branch have been studied in this paper, and the harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation scheme of the power supply have been determined. The results of the study and the engineering practice showed that, the scheme solved the problem of harmonic and reactive power of the power supply properly.
