摘  要:本文针对船用风机、水泵类负载的调速问题,介绍了船用永磁调速器的技术优势,从性能指标、轻量化设计要求、环境适应性等方面阐述了船用永磁调速器的设计特点,并完成了样机研制,对主要性能温升、效率、振动噪声、电磁兼容等开展了试验研究,结果表明,研制的船用永磁调速器不仅可满足船用负载的调速要求,而且具有良好的综合性能。Considering the requirements of speed regulation for marine loads such as fan and pump, this paper introduces the technical advantage of marine magnetic coupling, and investigates its design characteristics including technical requirements, environmental adaptability, and loss of weight. Consequently a prototype has been made, and further tests have been developed. The tests mainly focus on temperature rise, efficiency, noise and vibration, electromagnetic compatibility. The tests show that the prototype can not only meet the speed regulation requirement but also achieve a good performance as anticipated.
