摘　　要：加快培养旅游管理应用型创新人才是学习贯彻十九大精神的必然要求,也是促进旅游行业高质量发展的必由之路。文章通过分析新时代旅游管理专业发展面临的重大机遇和挑战,提出应用型创新人才培养的具体路径,主要包括:专业上明确应用型创新人才培养目标,突出实践教学体系;提升教师的创新与跨界思维,扩大"双师"队伍;重视对学生的职业规划教育和产业发展等相关培训,鼓励参与创新创业。Speeding up the cultivation of innovative talents of the specialty of tourism management is not only the requirement for learning and carrying out the 19th National Congress of CPC,but also the only way to promote the tourism development with high quality.In view of this,based on the analysis of the major opportunities and challenges faced by the development of specialty of tourism management,some specific paths are put forward,including the clarity of the cultivation objectives of applied innovative talents and practice teaching system,thought improvement of teachers＇ innovation and cross boundary and expansion of the ＂double division＂ team.Also,this paper should attach importance to relevant training for students＇ career planning and industrial development,and encourage them to participate in the innovation and entrepreneurship.
