摘 要:针对膛口电弧导致的膛口轨道烧蚀和系统的初速精度问题,提出了一种基于反向消弧电源的膛口电弧抑制方案。以固体电枢为研究对象,利用Pspice软件建立了含有反向消弧电源的电磁轨道发射系统的仿真模型,通过仿真模拟实现了正向驱动电流与反向消弧电流的匹配,将仿真结果运用于试验研究当中,试验结果与仿真结果一致性较好。分析结果表明,合理匹配正向驱动电流和反向消弧电流的时序和大小,有助于实现对膛口电弧的有效抑制和电枢的初速精度的提高。In view of the problem of muzzle track ablation caused by muzzle arc and the accuracy of initial velocity of the system, a muzzle arc suppression scheme based on reverse arc suppression power supply is proposed. Taking the solid armature as the research object, the simulation model of electromagnetic orbit launching system with reverse arc suppression power supply is established using Pspice software. Through simulation, the matching between forward driving current and reverse arc suppression current is realized. The simulation results are applied to the experimental study, and the experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results. The results show that the rational matching of the timing and size of the forward drive current and the reverse arc suppression current can help to effectively suppress the muzzle arc and improve the initial speed accuracy of the armature.
