摘  要:文章设计一种车载式林间枝桠材剩余物收集装置,该装置将收集机构和汽车移动平台有机结合,由车身、机械臂架、抓具和车厢组成,可以减少进入林区的车辆数,提高工作效率。文章重点介绍了对机械臂和抓具的设计计算,并利用Solid Works和Adams进行了建模和仿真。针对枝桠材具有杂、乱、碎、蓬松等特点,设计了一种具有压缩功能的车厢,极大的提高了收集运输效率。In this paper, a collection device for residual material of branches in a vehicle-borne forest is designed. The device organically combines the collecting mechanism with the mobile platform of an automobile, and consists of a body, a mechanical arm, a grab and a carriage, which can reduce the number of vehicles entering the forest area and improve working efficiency. This paper mainly introduces the design and calculation of the manipulator and grab, and models and simulates using SolidWorks and Adams. According to the characteristics of branch material such as miscellaneous, messy, broken, fluffy and so on, a kind of compressing car-riage is designed, which greatly improves the collection and transportation efficiency.
