摘  要:通过对上杭白砂国有林场3年生米老排12个优树单亲子代测定林的生长调查研究,来判定优树亲本的优劣,估算相关系数、遗传力和遗传增益等参数。结果表明:其优树单亲子代生长优于母树林混合种,评选出2个优良家系的平均树高、胸径和材积生长量分别达4.6 m、5.4cm和0.006 9 m^3,遗传增益分别达5.3%、4.1%、12.1%。在优良家系内进行优良单株选择,精选12个优良单株,其平均树高、胸径和材积生长量分别为5.6m、6.8cm和0.0133 2m^3,遗传增益分别达29.8%、32%和59.3%。表明开展优树与优良单株联合选择可获双层次遗传增益。Growth of single-parent progeny test of 12 plus tree of 3-year-old Mytilaria laosensis in Baisha Forest Farm of Shanghang County were investigated.Parameters such as correlation coefficient,heritability and genetic gain were estimated.Result shows that the grouth of single parent progeny of superior tree is optimal than of the parent tree of mixed species;the average tree height,DBH and individual volume increase by 4.6 m,5.4 cm and 0.006 9 m3 in the two excellent families;the genetic gain is 5.3%,4.1% and 12.1%,respectively.Excellent single-plant selection was conducted in excellent families.The average tree height,DBH &individual volume of 12 excellent singleplant is 5.6 m,6.8 cm and 0.013 32 m3,respectively;genetic gains is 29.8%,32% &59.3%,respectively.It shows that the combination of plus tree and excellent single-plant can obtain double-level genetic gain.
