鼓泡床中ClO_2溶液挥发特性的实验研究

摘  要:利用自制的实验室小型鼓泡床反应器探究了ClO_2溶液的挥发特性;考察了温度、鼓泡气量和ClO_2质量浓度对ClO_2溶液挥发速率的影响。实验表明,ClO_2质量浓度、鼓泡气量、温度越高,ClO_2的挥发越大,鼓泡气量对挥发速率的影响大于温度;但在溶液中,ClO_2质量浓度很低的情况下,温度对挥发速率的影响较少;ClO_2的挥发速率与溶液的ClO_2质量浓度基本呈线性关系。结合实验数据,构建了鼓泡条件下ClO_2溶液质量浓度随时间衰减的关联模型c=c0e-kt,并得出了ClO_2溶液挥发速率系数的关联式:k=2.152 5×10^(-5)θ+3.427 6×10^(-4) Q-7.599 7×10^(-4),模型计算值与实验值吻合较好,可用于鼓泡床中ClO_2溶液挥发速率的分析计算。The volatilization characteristics of ClO2 solution were investigated using a self-made laboratory bubbling reactor.The effects of temperature,bubbling flow and concentration of ClO2 solution on the volatilization rate of ClO2 solution were studied.The results show that ClO'2 s volatilization is enhanced with increasing of ClO2 solution concentration,bubbling flow and temperature.However,when the mass concentration of ClO2 in solution is very low,the temperature has little effect on the evaporation rate.The relationship between volatilization and concentration of ClO2 solution is linear.Based on the experiments,the correlation model of the concentration of ClO2 solution attenuation with time is established:c=c0 e-kt,the correlation of the volatilization rate coefficient of ClO2 solution is also obtained:k=2.152 5×10^(-5) θ+3.427 6×10^(-4) Q-7.599 7×10^(-4).The model calculation is in good agreement with the experiment results,and can be used to calculate the volatilization rate of ClO2 solution in the bubble reactor.
