摘 要:针对海上油田低渗透油藏平台化压裂作业的生产要求,以我国某海域海水为研究对象,优选了离子络合剂,研究建立了耐高温的海水基植物胶压裂液体系。该植物胶稠化剂在添加络合剂的海水中溶胀速率快,压裂液配伍性好,在130℃、170s^(-1)连续剪切60min,压裂液黏度大于100mPa·s,静态滤失系数为1.49×10^(-4) m/min^(1/2),残渣含量为490.0mg/L,破胶液表面张力24.6mN/m,平均岩心渗透率损害率为22.38%,各项性能均优于行业标准要求。High temperature tolerance sea water based fracturing fluid system was studied aimed at the production requirements of offshore platform fracturing operation and by taking the sea water from a sea area of our country as the research object,ion chelating agent was optimized and a high temperature tolerance sea water based fracturing fluid was established.The plant gum thicker was dissolved quickly in sea water in the presence of chelating agent.The fracturing fluid has good compatibility,the viscosity is above 100 mPa·s under 130℃ after continuous shearing for 60 min at 170 s^(-1),the static filtration coefficient is 1.49×10^(-4) m/min^(1/2),the residue is 490.0 mg/L,the surface tension is 24.6 mN/m and the average core damage ratio is 22.38%.All of those parameters are superior to the industrial standard.
