电子香烟用锂离子电池和充电器的安全性分析

摘　　要：电子香烟内部的锂离子电池是决定其安全性能的一个重要的影响因素。本次实验,依据国家强制性标准GB31241-2014《便携式电子产品用锂离子电池和电池组安全要求》和GB 4943.1-2011《信息技术设备安全第1部分:通用要求》从常温外部短路、过充电、燃烧喷射和外壳可燃性等系列实验,来考核电池产品的安全性能。实验结果表明,锂离子电池和适配器产品中,有4个批次不能够通过标准测试,有2个批次发生起火、爆炸,存在着严重的安全隐患。The lithium ion cells and batteries in the electronic cigarettes are quite important to determine the safety performance of electronic cigarettes. In our test, according to the national mandatory standard GB31241-2014, ＂the portable electronic products with lithium ion batteries and battery safety requirements＂, and the standard GB4943.1-2011, ＂Information technology equipment-Safty-Part1： General requirements＂, a series of safety tests, such as normal external short circuit, over charging, fuel injection, and shell flammability were carried out to assess the safety performance of the batteries. The test results show that in 16 batches of lithium ion batteries, four of them fail in the standard test, and 2 batches caught fire or explosion. In a result, there are serious risks in the lithium ion cells and batteries of electronic cigarettes.
