摘 要:为提高光催化材料钒酸铋的使用性能,采用原位生长法在阳离子可染涤纶上负载钒酸铋,探讨了溶液p H值、反应温度、反应时间对钒酸铋晶体形貌的影响,借助扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射以及紫外-可见吸收光谱等手段表征了纤维基钒酸铋的表面形貌、晶型、颗粒大小以及光学特性。选取活性黑KN-B为降解对象,研究了纤维基钒酸铋在可见光下的催化降解活性。结果表明:原位生长法制备纤维基钒酸铋的最佳条件为溶液p H值7、反应温度90℃、反应时间8 h;在可见光照射条件下,180 min内纤维基钒酸铋对质量浓度为20 mg/L的活性黑KN-B染料溶液的降解率可达到77.2%,重复利用3次后的降解率保持在57.3%,织物强力保留率为74.8%。In order to improve the photocatalytic performance of bismuth vanadate(BiVO 4), BiVO 4 was loaded on the cationic-dyeable polyester by in-situ growth method. The influence of pH value, reaction temperature and time on the morphology of BiVO 4 were also investigated. Surface morphology, crystal form, particle size and optical characteristic were characterized by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. The photocatalytic activity of the BiVO 4 -loaded fiber catalysts was investigated by studying the degradation of Reactive Black KN-B. The results show that the optimum preparation conditions of BiVO 4 -loaded fiber are pH value of 7, reacting temperature of 90 ℃for 8 h. The degradation ratio of 20 mg/L Reactive Black KN-B solution is approximately 77.2% by the photocatalytic fabric under visible light irradiation condition within 180 min. After being reused for three times, the degradation ratio maintains 57.3%, and the bursting strength retention is 74.8%.
