子宫畸形妊娠分娩期并发症的临床护理措施及效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫畸形妊娠分娩期并发症的临床护理措施及效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院收治的子宫畸形产妇78例作为研究对象,以简单随机法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上制定综合性护理干预方案,观察对比两组患者并发症发生情况和剖宫产情况。结果:观察组胎膜早破、产后出血、胎位异常、胎儿宫内窘迫发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=5.186,P=0.023);观察组患者剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=5.132,P=0.023)。结论:妊娠分娩期子宫畸形产妇容易出现多种并发症,护理人员应给予科学有效护理干预措施,其中综合性护理干预方案优势明显,能够改善母婴结局。Objective：To explore the clinical nursing measures and effect of the complications of uterine malformation pregnancy.Method：A total of 78 cases of uterine malformation in the author,s hospital were selected as the object of study,with simple were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group,and complications and cesarean section in the two groups were observed.Result：The incidence of premature rupture of membranes, postpartum hemorrhage,abnormal fetal position and fetal distress in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ x2=5.186,P=0.023）.The rate of cesarean section in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ x2=5.132,P=0.023）.Conclusion：There are many kinds of complications in puerperal women with abnormal uterine delivery.Nursing staff should give scientific and effective nursing interventions.Comprehensive nursing intervention has obvious advantages and can improve maternal and infant outcomes.
