摘　　要：通过对建筑工程质量保险应用实践、具体做法进行研究分析,对进一步推广应用工程质量保险工作提出了建设性的建议,为全面实施建筑工程质量保险制度做出有益探索。Through studying and analyzing building engineering quality insurance application practice and specific practice,the thesis puts forward some constructive suggestions for further promoting engineering quality insurance,which has made a beneficial exploration for comprehensively implementing building engineering quality insurance system.
