摘 要:目的:采用低频电针针刺酒疸证模型大鼠足三里,应用代谢组学的方法对治疗作用的机制进行探讨。方法:30只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和针刺组3组。收集酒疸证模型大鼠治疗前后尿液样本进行代谢组学检测,用主成分分析法对检测数据进行分析。结果:低频电针针刺酒疸证模型大鼠足三里后在正离子模式下,与模型组比较检测出4个差异性代谢产物。结论:从代谢组学的角度阐明低频电针针刺足三里对酒疸证模型大鼠的治疗作用机制可能与糖类代谢、肠道菌群代谢相关。Objective: To observe the effect of needling Zusanli( ST36) with low-frequency electro-acupuncture in treatment of alcoholic jaundice,and to explore its mechanism from the aspect of metabonomics.Methods: 30 Wistar rats were randomly divided into the blank control group,the model group and the acupuncture group. Urine samples were collected before and after treatment for metabonomics test and data analysis. Results: Four different metabolites were detected under the positive ion detection mode. Conclusion: The action mechanism of needling ST36 with low-frequency electro-acupuncture in treatment of alcoholic jaundice may be related to glycometabolism and the metabolism of intestinal flora.
