低频电针对心肌缺血损伤大鼠心包经经穴血流灌注量的影响及治疗次数的干预效应

摘　　要：目的:观察低频电针对心肌缺血损伤大鼠心包经上不同经穴血流灌注量的影响及治疗1次和治疗3次效应的差别,探寻低频电针经穴和非穴调节心肌损伤后对相关经脉不同穴位反映的影响及治疗次数的干预效应。方法:将60只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为1日组和3日组,再各分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、经穴组和非穴组。于电针治疗后,应用激光散斑衬比成像技术分别观测各组各检测区域即刻皮肤血流灌注量,并进行统计分析。结果:与空白对照组相比,大鼠心肌缺血时3个穴区血流灌注量均显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组相比,低频"内关"治疗1次时"内关"和"郄门"穴血流灌注量显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),低频电针"内关"穴治疗3次时"内关""郄门"和"天泉"穴血流灌注量均显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:大鼠心包经上"内关"穴血流灌注量更能特异性反映大鼠心肌状态。Objective： To observe the influence of low-frequency electro-acupuncture（ EA） on blood perfusion of different points from the pericardium meridian in rats with myocardial ischemia injury,and to find the effect difference between one treatment and three treatments. Methods： 60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into one-day treatment group and three-day treatment group,which were both sub-divided into the blank control group,the sham operation group,the model group,Neiguan group and the sham point group. After last EA treatment,the blood perfusion around different points were tested by laser speckle contrast imaging technology（ LSCI）. Results： Compared to the blank control group,the blood perfusion around the area of Neiguan（ PC6）,Ximen（ PC4）,and Tianquan（ PC2） were significantly decreased in rats with myocardial ischemia injury（ P〈0. 01）. Compared to the model group,the blood perfusion around PC6 and PC4 significantly increased after one treatment of low-frequency EA on PC6（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）; whereas after three treatments of low-frequency EA on PC6,the blood perfusion around PC6 and PC4,as well as around PC2 all significantly increased.（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The blood perfusion around PC6 can more specifically reflect the myocardial state in rats with myocardial ischemia injury.
