摘　　要：我国恶性肿瘤发病率逐年上升,化疗在恶性肿瘤治疗中不可或缺,化疗相关恶心呕吐是最早发生的副反应,近年来新型药物的研发及推广使急性恶心呕吐得到有效控制,但延迟性恶心呕吐仍得不到有效控制。化疗期间患者常致脾胃虚弱,口服用药难以服用,针灸无首过效应,有价廉、作用迅速、副反应少等特点,具有不可替代的优势。本研究述评了近5年来国内相关领域的研究进展,并展望该领域今后有潜力的临床研究方向。The incidence of malignancies is increasing year by year in China. Chemotherapy is indispensable in the treatment of malignant tumors. Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting（ CINV） are the earliest side effects. In recent years,the development and promotion of new drugs have resulted in effective control of acute nausea and vomiting,but delayed nausea and vomiting have still not been effectively controlled. During chemotherapy,patients often suffer from weakness of stomach,therefore it＇s difficult for them to take medications.Acupuncture has no first-pass effect,it has the characteristics of low price,quick action and less side effects,all of which make it irreplaceable. This study reviewed the research progress in the past five years in the related fields and looked forward to potential directions of clinical research in this field.
