筋骨针疗法治疗肩关节周围炎临床疗效评价的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察筋骨针疗法治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:将75例患者随机分为筋骨针组(39例)和毫针组(36例),其中,筋骨针组采用筋骨针治疗2次,毫针组应用毫针治疗14天。采用VAS、改良Mallet评分和WHOQOL-BREF作为疗效指标对比两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后即刻、治疗后14天、治疗后1个月,两组肩关节疼痛程度、关节活动度、WHOQOL-BREF均有明显改善(P<0.05);筋骨针组总有效率97.4%,毫针组总有效率86.1%,两组比较P<0.01。结论:筋骨针疗法治疗肩周炎疗效显著,优于毫针。该针法安全有效,无毒副作用,值得推广。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Jingu needling therapy for scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods： 75 patients were randomly divided into the Jingu needling group（ n = 39） and the filiform group（ n = 36）.The Jingu needling group was treated twice,whereas the filiform group was treated for 14 days.Scores of VAS,modified Mallet,and WHOQOL-BREF were acted as the criteria of evaluating the clinical effects.Results： There was significant improvement in the scores of VAS,ROM and WHOQOL-BREF directly after the treatment,14 d after the treatment,and 1 m after the treatment in the two groups（ P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the Jingu needling group was 97.4%,which was significantly higher than 86.1% of the filiform group（ P 0.01）.Conclusion： Jingu needling therapy has obvious effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis,which is superior to filiform needling.This therapy is effective and safe without toxic and side effect,and it is worth promoting in clinic.
