摘  要:目的:探讨电针深刺法对三叉神经痛大鼠电压门控性钾通道的影响,进一步阐明该治疗方法产生疗效的原理。方法:将SD大白鼠30只随机分成电针组、假手术组和模型组,每组各10只。制备大鼠三叉神经痛模型,采用实时定量RT-PCR技术检测各组大鼠三叉神经节中Kv4.3、Kv1.4、Kv4.2以及Kv3.4 mRNA表达情况。结果:经电针深刺治疗后,各组大鼠TG中Kv4.3、Kv1.4、Kv4.2以及Kv3.4 mRNA与模型组相比表达显著增加,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针深刺法可以通过增加Kv通道亚型表达,抑制神经元兴奋性,终止三叉神经痛发生。Objective: To investigate the effect of deep insertion of electro-acupuncture on the voltage-gated potassium channels in the rats with trigeminal neuralgia( TN),and to further elucidate the principle of the therapeutic effect.Methods: 30 SD rats were randomly divided into the electro-acupuncture group,the sham operation group and the model group,with 10 rats in each group.The mRNA expressions of Kv4.3,Kv1.4,Kv4.2 and Kv3.4 were detected in the trigeminal ganglion( TG) of TN rats by real-time quantitative RT-PCR.Results: The mRNA expressions of Kv4.3,Kv1.4,Kv4.2 and Kv3.4 were significantly increased in the electro-acupuncture group compared to those in the model group( P〈0.05).Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture terminates the occurrence of trigeminal neuralgia by increasing the expressions of Kv subtypes and inhibiting the neuronal excitability.
