摘 要:目的:通过溶剂萃取法制备延胡索中的海罂粟碱和去氢延胡索甲素。方法:采用单因素实验方法考察不同pH值、萃取溶剂和萃取次数对延胡索生物碱分离纯化的影响,筛选最佳条件。结果:采用pH梯度溶剂萃取法可以从延胡索药材中大量制备高纯度的海罂粟碱和去氢延胡索甲素。结论:本方法工艺简单,实用性强,可工业化。Objective: Isolation and purification of glaucine and dehydrocorydaline in Corydalis Rhizoma by solvent extraction method. Methods: To investigate the optimal process for the separation of glaucine and dehydrocorydaline in Corydalis Rhizoma,single-factor experiments were used to compare different pH values,extract solvents and extract times. Results: High-purity glaucine and dehydrocorydaline can be easily prepared by the pH-gradient solvent extraction. Conclusion: The established method is simple and practical,and can be industrialized.
